I chose to purchase at a great price. The service was top-notch. Fast delivery.
My father ordered a wardrobe, which we never received. The store set a delivery time of 60 business days. All delivery dates were missed. When we called to inquire about the status of our order, the store employees couldn't give us any concrete information. It turned out the wardrobe had arrived, but it was defective. We weren't even informed about this. All our requests to speak to a "manager" were met with vague responses like "write an email." We asked for a refund, which they readily agreed to, but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. A fly-by-night operation, that's all there is to it. Their customer focus is nonexistent. I don't recommend them.

This company's branch is located in Jõhvi at Narva Mnt 141a. I bought a double bed there, but it turned out to have a manufacturing defect. The store promised to replace the broken parts, but I've been waiting for over two months. I don't recommend buying furniture from this store. The salespeople and managers shrug their shoulders and advise you to just wait, and no one knows how long. It seems to me that the employees of this furniture store are completely disinterested in their customers' problems, only in making a profit, and they don't care at all about the quality of the furniture they sell. Yes, they have a large selection, and the salespeople themselves assured me that they have no defects. After this disappointing purchase, I no longer want to buy furniture from them.
