I agree, the staff is professional, with the exception of the rehabilitation doctor, Irina Kulikova. She's rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I'd say she's not a compliment to this medical facility, and she actually damages its image. If I were the owner, I'd consider changing doctors. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to her. The rest of the service is excellent.
