A terrible chain of gyms. The website support is absolutely brilliant. The app lags constantly, making it impossible to get into the gym. I really regret signing up for a year-long contract and just wasting two hundred after going to the gym a few times. Because it's simply impossible to get into the gym. You go and don't know whether you'll get in or not. I went a few times and got tired of it. I went to a normal place to work out.

A trap for the inattentive. When registering, there's no clear warning about the year-long servitude, and then the support team treats you like debt collectors. They demand a doctor's note to stop charging you. They don't care whether you use the service or not; all they care about is your money.

The gym's price is great, but firstly, there's nothing to do there during rush hour; there aren't enough machines. The worst thing is the locker room. The lower lockers are uncomfortable, and in winter, you can't even get into the locker room, all covered in mud from your shoes.

Very disappointed with Gym! KERESE. On July 13, 2025, I paid for access three times using the card terminal, but the turnstile never opened. I had to ask other visitors to call a trainer, who manually let me in via the app. I immediately contacted support about the situation. Then, on July 17, the exact same issue happened again. I paid via Apple Pay, the amount was withdrawn, but I still couldn’t enter. There were very few people inside, and no staff on site. Since the gym has no administrators and no hotline, I was left standing at the door, again unable to access what I paid for. If your payment terminal isn’t working properly, at the very least put up a warning that card payments are temporarily unavailable. It’s unacceptable to let customers waste both their time and money like this. I did not receive the service I paid for, and instead had to deal with technical failures. I really hope the gym starts treating its members with more respect. ***** Очень разочарована Gym! KERESE. 13 июля 2025 года я трижды оплатила вход через терминал, но турникет не открылся. Мне пришлось просить других посетителей вызвать тренера, которая провела меня через свое приложение. О сложившейся ситуации я сообщила письмом в службу поддержки. 17 июля ситуация повторилась один в один: я оплатила проход через Apple Pay, деньги списались, но попасть в зал снова не получилось. Внутри почти никого не было, тренеров — тем более. Из-за отсутствия администратора и какой-либо горячей линии, я просто осталась стоять у ворот. Если ваш терминал не работает должным образом, повесьте хотя бы предупреждение, что оплата картой временно невозможна. Почему люди должны тратить свое время? Я не получила услугу, за которую заплатила, и вместо нормального посещения зала столкнулась с техническими сбоями и отсутствием какой-либо поддержки. Очень надеюсь, что клуб начнёт уважать своих клиентов.
