An unexpectedly pleasant place. The park opened in 2018 as a gift from the city for the 100th anniversary of Estonia's independence. It's a well-thought-out and meaningful place. I especially liked the concept of the Grove of Nations: 37 trees, each a symbol of one of the nationalities living in Estonia. Each tree has a plaque with its name and a QR code. The interestingly designed flowerbeds are also labeled. You can stroll and learn something new, which is very pleasant. The Japanese Garden is small, but very photogenic. In the summer and fall, you can take beautiful photos here. There's a small playground, portable toilets, and ample free parking nearby at the Narva Spordikeskus sports center. A few downsides: on a hot sunny day, there's almost no shade (there aren't enough trees for such a large area, and they're still young). I think this will improve over time. If you're nearby, I recommend visiting.
The park is nice, clean, and well-landscaped. It's a pleasure to stroll here and admire the surrounding views. Students from the Narsk Gymnasium are often seen—some organizing events, others enjoying the fresh air.
