I contacted them regarding a broken door hinge (the doors were installed quite a while ago and the hinges were custom-made, so there was a high probability that the same hinges would no longer be available). The technician quickly and efficiently found and installed a new hinge to replace the old one, exactly the same design, for which I am extremely grateful.

Unfortunately, I went for shoe repair. The quality was terrible! My boots were ruined. Marks were left on the soles; poorly done. The soles were finished with a very crooked edge and were crudely finished. And, likely, during the trimming process, the toes of the boots themselves were damaged (worn down). There were no before photos. Unfortunately, there's no way to prove it. I paid in full upfront. I absolutely DO NOT recommend these boots to anyone. I would give them a minus 5 if I could.
The skills of the master are fabulous! I definitely recommend this specialist to those who need help with locks inset.👍
