Many thanks to notary Sergey Nikonov! He saved our deal on re-registration of the company, when other notaries in Estonia ignored or demanded personal presence or were just stupid 🤷♂️ ✅ Answered the call after 17:30 - the only one who was available! ✅ Did everything REMOTELY in 1 day: the documents were prepared in the evening, and in the morning at 09:00 they were already signed. ✅ Speaks Russian, among other languages - no barriers. ✅ Fair price: €81 instead of €700 from some 🤦♂️ ✅ Super reliable: fulfilled his promise minute by minute. If you need a notary in Estonia who will not let you down - my recommendations. A real professional and a nice person! The deal went perfectly 👌🏻
They don't want to make deals. They merge without explaining anything. It was good before, but now this company just disgusts me. I don't recommend it.
I don't recommend it. Maybe it's a regional peculiarity, but their attitude toward clients is completely disregarded. Fifteen minutes before the deal, it might turn out the documents aren't ready and weren't prepared. No apologies, just come back in a month, maybe it'll work out.
We called several times beforehand to see Sergey, asking if we needed to make an appointment, as we were traveling from Tallinn and could only make it on a specific date, and we couldn't make it on other days! His answer was, "No, you don't need an appointment. He'll be there between 9am and 2pm!" We drove from Tallinn, and it turned out he didn't have time for us today! He's busy! Come back on Monday 🤬 Words fail me! Horrible attitude, terrible place, I don't recommend him!
