A huge thank you to notary Sergey Nikonov! He saved our company re-registration deal when other notaries in Estonia ignored us, demanded our presence in person, or were simply slow 🤷♂️ ✅ He answered the call after 5:30 PM – he was the only one available! ✅ He did everything REMOTELY in one day: the documents were prepared in the evening, and they were signed by 9:00 AM in the morning. ✅ He also speaks Russian – no barriers. ✅ Fair price: €81 instead of €700 with some 🤦♂️ ✅ Super reliable: he fulfilled his promise on the dot. If you need a notary in Estonia who won't let you down, I recommend him. A true professional and a pleasant person! The deal went perfectly 👌🏻
We called several times beforehand to see Sergey, asking if we needed to make an appointment, as we were traveling from Tallinn and could only make it on a specific date, and we couldn't make it on other days! His answer was, "No, you don't need an appointment. He'll be there between 9am and 2pm!" We drove from Tallinn, and it turned out he didn't have time for us today! He's busy! Come back on Monday 🤬 Words fail me! Horrible attitude, terrible place, I don't recommend him!
