I would like to report an extremely unsatisfactory level of service from a plumbing company. When I requested work, I encountered the following issues: • Terrible service quality; • Failure to comply with agreements; • Unprofessional attitude of employees towards the work; • Failure to respond properly to inquiries regarding problems that arose. I consider this level of service unacceptable!
I ordered work to replace pipes in my bathroom. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were polite and even cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the work and the company's staff.
A terrible company. They broke the lock on my front door and refused to pay. They said a normal lock should work. I didn't understand what that meant; the lock was fine before they came. The coil is leaking for the third time this year in the same place. The house has been flooding for seven years now.
This is the worst company! The dispatcher is a woman from the market! She's rude and doesn't know how to talk. The repairmen are a real pain! When they replaced the pipes, they installed a switch in such a way that it's impossible to turn off the water yourself! Run from this company!
