Now this one is no longer in this location. Everything related to insurance must now be completed online. Online is quick and easy.

I wanted to get insurance with this company. I applied online, and they called me back the next day with more information. I went to the office, and they gave me completely different information. Okay, I'm submitting the application. I clearly state that I need to know first whether certain items are covered. "Yes, of course, I understand," they respond. In fact, they're actually issuing the policy, meaning they're trying to force me to pay, even though I don't even know the exact price yet (it was €68 or so per month, but it could be higher, based on a health questionnaire). They agreed to find out everything I asked about, including the price, and call me back. They called exactly once, and I couldn't answer right away. I called back later, and they said they couldn't get through. They haven't gotten around to calling me for two weeks. I tried calling their office several times, but their phone numbers are unavailable. It's up to you to decide.

Terrible service. A client comes in and the employee is on the phone, not even looking up. I ask a question, and the girl doesn't even look up from her phone. How can you sit on the phone in such an organization during the workday?!
