As I see right now a lot of people have similar experiences with this insurance. I don’t suggest at all! Update: They replied this comment and give email address, I explained all problems again but they didn’t even replied. You can find better option I guess!
If you just pay the invoice of insurance, then everything is fine. But if an insurance event occurs and even if it is not your fault, then the damage compensation department does not work in your interests. They are not honest, and payments do not correspond to the prices for repairs in Estonia. They ignore, do not answer calls and letters. Very bad service.
Complete waste of money, with If travel insurance most things are exempt and might as well throw away the money. They will always find reasons not to pay so I recommend Ergo Insurance if you really want to have peace of mind on a trip.
Very strange way this insurance communicates ? We have 11 insurances With this company and everything normal .we didn’t t received on a building The renewal of 1 insurance and it went to spam and insurance was cancelled ! Start to wonder how trustable are they ? Impossible to have a Director to solve matter ! Hope they will be serious and contact us soonest.
I was driving home from Sweden to Estonia and i had a flat tire. Called them and they asked for the address and sent out help immediately. Amazing service and it all took less than 5 minutes on the phone. 6 stars ⭐️
