The appraiser's attitude toward the client was extremely unpleasant and biased, even before the work began. I immediately lost all desire to continue working on the project. Plus, the price was inflated—175 euros, compared to 150 euros for the competitors.
This is just absolute crap. The broker demanded a down payment for the apartment on Sunday, in cash. Then she started playing the auction: she said she suddenly had a buyer, and now she'll only sell the apartment to us if we offer more money. After that, of course, I don't want to deal with Arco Vara. I want to advise everyone I know and don't know to ever deal with these people.
