The man there helped me to find the tool I needed and was totally patient about it. Good service.
For so many years, the same thing: rude salespeople! Rude service. Salespeople with inflated egos. The store is conveniently located, but because of these "smart and important" salespeople, I try to go to any other store. And every year I think maybe something has changed, but I go in—no, it hasn't.
One star. And that's a stretch. This isn't the first time they've given useless advice. The store manager couldn't resolve the issue with replacing the item. Although at another ABC store, my issue was resolved in a minute.
Excellent service. I came from Russia to buy a Franke sink. The model I needed was only available in Tallinn. The store manager called them to confirm that it was in stock and not a display sample. I paid immediately and picked it up at the Tallinn store two hours later.
The staff is completely disinterested in their work. To get any advice, you have to run after the salespeople several times, and each time they say nothing but, "I don't know what you want," or "It's up to you." Why does this store even have a sales assistant? Install vending machines with a global network—they'll be more productive and helpful.
