The apartment sales contract with the Laguna agency lasted about a year and a half. During this time, there was only one showing and about five listings. There was no active sales effort, promotion, or regular feedback. When we decided to terminate the contract due to lack of results, they demanded a €300 payment for "services rendered" at closing. The results were zero, the process was drawn out, and the price/quality ratio was extremely poor. From my personal experience, I do not recommend it.👎
