If you want to save your money in the event of unforeseen circumstances, don't even think about contacting them. In short, a woman rented an apartment through this company's broker and moved out four days later because she couldn't live there anymore. It turned out the plumbing needed replacing, and to do that, the kitchen had to be dismantled and a wall had to be torn down. The landlord was understanding and refunded the money, but this shady company refused, and even refused to find a compromise. Basically, they ripped her off for €400. Disgusting and unprofessional attitude towards their clients!
