They didn't provide the RAM (they supposedly installed 32GB as a single stick, but it's dual-channel memory, and it comes in a kit of two. In fact, they only installed 16GB). They ran diagnostics on my own computer twice and couldn't fix it. I took it to a competitor, and they fixed it right away. I don't recommend these repairmen.
I needed to replace the video card, install drivers, and get my computer running properly. The technician could only sell me the video card and install it. Everything else had to be done at another repair shop. They couldn't give me the box with the new components, so the origin of the card was on their shoulders. My computer's performance has significantly worsened. I don't recommend them.
