Brake pad inspection failures later contradicted by dealership

One reviewer had pads replaced unnecessarily and returned with the old pads as proof.

We got in without a reservation, and the whole procedure took 15 minutes. Fast, efficient, and the technician was polite. He explained everything he could. Very good!
I completely agree with the first review. Every time I come here, with different cars, it turns out the brake pads are faulty and need to be replaced immediately. The main thing is, no one in Tallinn notices this problem. It seems like they're running a cash register for auto repair shops. Moreover, 70 percent of the time they just hang out and chat with each other. As a previous test client, I still have friends who work there, and I'd be happy to refer (or sic) them to this service.
The technicians are friendly, the customer is treated with respect, everything is clear, orderly, and fuss-free, and the staff knows their stuff. If everything is OK with your car, you'll be satisfied.
After reading good reviews, I decided to take my Rahu 7 for an inspection. Two weeks before the inspection, I had it serviced at the dealership and went, convinced there would be no complaints about my car. It didn't pass; the front brake pads needed immediate replacement. I immediately contacted the dealership, and they were very surprised. But there was nothing to be done. They found the pads, replaced them, and gave me the old ones back to prove they were good and could have lasted another year or so. I went back for another inspection, passed... Here I am, sitting here for two days, confused. I paid a good amount of money to prepare the car for service, ruined the mood of the dealership staff, paid for the pads, wasted half a day of my time and nerves, all just to figure out that everything was fine to begin with? I still haven't figured out why... Maybe it's because I'm blonde... maybe I got the wrong mechanic... or maybe, as blondes go, the equipment used for vehicle inspections needs to be cleared of snow more often? I don't like to complain, but this is a cry from the heart!
