My experience with Ecopood: I strongly recommend it! Unfortunately, my experience with Ecopood was extremely negative and disappointing. I hired them to install windows, interior doors, and a front door, but ended up encountering a series of unresolved issues. It all started with the front door. They delivered the wrong model I ordered. Furthermore, when I tried to install it, it turned out that the door was literally "breaking off" and appeared to be made of low-quality materials, reminiscent of cardboard. When I asked for a replacement door that matched my order, Ecopood simply refused to work with me. But the nightmare didn't end there. Before disappearing, Ecopood employees dismantled two interior doors and smashed the door frames, leaving a complete mess in their wake. The most outrageous thing is that their invoice only included the cost of replacing the same defective front door I had refused. The damaged interior doors and frames were not accounted for anywhere, as if the damage had never occurred. Based on my experience, I can confidently say: do not engage Ecopood under any circumstances unless you want to face poor quality work, a lack of accountability, and serious problems. It was an extremely unpleasant and costly experience.

We bought an interior door at the end of 2024. Let's start with the good: the service was really pleasant, always helpful and prompt. You can have a technician come to your home for free, take measurements, and recommend door, trim, and door frame options. Prices are the same everywhere, and delivery is within 7 days. You can also order trim, door frame, and a third hinge when ordering. We liked the door itself, although it turned out a bit "wagtail." Now for the bad. On the ordering website (maybe this only applied to our door), there are photo examples of the door WITHOUT the door frame, trim, etc. When ordering, we thought the door frame would be really good, but it turned out to be thin, just for show. The handle was purchased separately. The door arrived defective (a screw from the door frame was poorly screwed in). It's not noticeable from the outside, but it's still annoying. Door installation starts at 100 euros (in our case, that doesn't include dismantling). They install the door using foam only (they might be able to arrange for screwing it to the wall, but we didn't have that). In our case, to cover the foam, we would have to buy additional trim and labor, which would increase the price by 2.5 times. IMPORTANT! If you purchase a door that's "Ready to Install," you cannot return it (that's what the website says, and some people have fallen for it). Overall, in my opinion, it's better to find other websites (thankfully, the market is wide) and order both the frame (the one you see) and the door there. It's a matter of taste. We didn't like it, and we won't use them again. As a bonus, when you buy an entrance door, they might offer free installation, but the question is, how high-quality is that, and is it only using foam? It's up to you to decide.

We ordered windows from this company, choosing them with a seasonal discount. We waited two months. The technicians didn't arrive on time. We called the woman from the company, and she was shocked that the technicians had some kind of unforeseen situation. Apparently, they didn't warn her either. The next day, a father and son team arrived, spent five hours working on the windows, and couldn't even install the handles properly on a hot day. The boy was a complete newbie, it was his first day. They promised to be there the next day. The glass turned out to be scratched. And they didn't show up the next day, giving us nothing but lip service, even though the company promised to do everything in one day. These technicians are supposed to do the remaining work, while the cosmetic work is done by others, and possibly even on a different day. There's a huge lack of coordination between the company and the hired technicians. The technicians are paid, but they find excuses to push the work back and force the client to take extra vacation time just to replace the windows. Is this normal? In our case, we saved less than 60 euros by choosing this company. We really regret it, because we don't know how long this whole thing will last, and our vacation time has already been wasted on these people.

Instead of three weeks, I waited over a month for my order. I haven't received my advance payment back for two months now. They blatantly lied about the delivery time, citing the difficult quarantine situation. I'll never set foot there again. I highly recommend against dealing with them.
