First, 2 faults were detected in the washer-dryer, and the repair cost was said to be around -200 euros. We agreed. A new fault was discovered, with a new repair price. The price remained at 300 euros. We also agreed with the amount stated. The washing machine was in repair for almost a month and then they announced that the repair would cost 80 euros more than stated. So 380 euros. Just kidding. A verbal agreement is also an agreement. It's a shame that nothing could be confirmed in writing, I would have reported you to consumer protection. So I don't recommend anyone to take their home appliance there for repair. The time and stress cost is high, and after such a joke, we left our 3-year-old washer-dryer for free to sell to them there! Win-win🤣

I no longer want this place's appliance repair service and I don't recommend it from my own experience. The experience was that the dishwasher in my home stopped heating both the water and the drying of the laundry. So I took my broken dishwasher there for repair, they charged me €40 in advance (which seemed reasonable when specialists do diagnostics and find a solution to the problem). About 4 days later they called to come pick up the machine, that there was nothing wrong with your machine, that everything was fine. I then said please take another look, we've had this machine for several years and we know that it doesn't function properly, that we tested different programs at home several times, etc. They allowed me to take another look. They called again a few days later to say that everything was still fine and there was nothing wrong, to check the water connection points in my home. I replied that the machine had been working flawlessly for several years and had been maintained and everything else was correct. But what's the point, the specialist said that if it was fine, it was fine, so I went to pick it up. We put the machine to work at home and still the same problem as before. I then took the machine back. I then called myself about a week later to see what was going on with the machine. Then it turned out that the technician was now able to do a proper diagnosis and found a fault in the machine's control module. It turned out that replacing the control module would cost half the price of a new machine. And I didn't want to repair it. Why disappointed? Because we had been without a dishwasher for almost a month. There are five people in the family and the repair place told me to ask for a quick diagnosis, so that I could either buy a new machine or have the old one fixed for a reasonable price. I was able to take the dishwasher back without any results, for this I had to make separate trips to the city and arrange daily errands.

I took our family dishwasher to the company for repair. The absence of the machine is immediately felt very painfully, because days at home with the children produce a lot of dirty dishes. I drove from the country on a particularly cold day, the machine was received immediately. Even though the machine was only half a year old, I could not find all the documentation that came with it. The broken part was replaced, I received the machine the same day. They were very patient with me afterwards, when I was looking for information about obtaining the required information for the warranty conditions. In the end, I found it and it was under warranty. I highly recommend the company!

I bought a large 2-door Whirlpool silver refrigerator from there a little over 2 years ago. I paid 260 euros. The service was friendly. It was also delivered to my home. But I haven't been able to use the refrigerator properly because the lights on the refrigerator display started flashing pretty quickly and the flashing practically doesn't go away. It was recommended to turn it off completely at least once a year and then turn it back on. Which I have unfortunately had to do more than once during this time. The machine has also been repaired once after such a mess, the same place replaced everything behind the refrigerator, but unfortunately nothing has improved because the lights on the display have been flashing for a long time. So there are still problems with the refrigerator. The idea is to sell them the broken refrigerator back because the refrigerator constantly defrosts the freezer because it is broken and such foods can no longer be eaten if they have already thawed in the freezer. I want my money back because I haven't been able to use this refrigerator properly without any problems. 😔. I still have the receipt for the purchase of the refrigerator. I don't recommend buying anything from there. 😔
