I don't recommend doing this, it looks like a scam. I turned in my dishwasher, the machine was accepted and asked for 40eur in advance for work - no paperwork was given for either activity. For a month I kept asking every week how it was, they dragged it out, finally they asked if I had insurance that would cover the costs - when it turned out that there was no insurance, they said that the pump, heater and electronics were broken, that it would be cheaper to buy a new machine (it seemed that they expected me to leave the old machine to them - so that they could fix it themselves cheaply and resell it). I picked up the machine, took it to another company - they filed it correctly, identified the pump's faults, replaced it and I got 150eur and the machine was fixed in 2 days. Which once again deepened the feeling that Kent Kodumasinad was trying to steal the dishwasher from me by providing false information about its condition. Once again, I definitely do not recommend using them, it's sad to think that such people exist. There are other, decent companies in Pärnu that can provide help and professional service.
