It's a pretty mid statue
An architect ahead of his time, he left Pärnu a large number of houses, schools, and buildings. The statue stands directly in front of the house where he lived (and which he designed): a building so modern it looks as if it were built only a few years ago. The statue is located behind Tallinas Gate when coming from the main street, turning right.
This spot offers a nice view and walk along the canal. Bonus: statue makes photos look like someone listening to you.
