Waste of time. The business account manager calls, when you offer to write - disappears. When you remind yourself in writing, he makes an offer TWICE more expensive than on their own website. Maybe a negative experience already at the sales stage.
The service staff doesn't have the time or desire to deal with customers.
I was dissatisfied with the company. I purchased motor insurance, but when I signed up, I didn't notice that the automatic renewal option was checked. I received a bill for the next insurance period because I didn't want to continue with it, so I didn't pay it. They ultimately terminated my contract, but sent me a bill a month later. This doesn't happen with other companies. I have six vehicles insured with different companies. I don't recommend ERGO.
Customer service leaves something to be desired. Surely other places offer much better service.
