Worst facility EVER!!! They said to bring your own detergent despite the sign clearly saying it dispenses. It does not!! It's filthy and the dryers don't work. I did 3 cycles on the highest setting, paid 9 euros for the dryer and my clothes were still damp. The staff is rude, there is no coin machine, so you not only have to have cash but coins, and the clothes after 10euro wash and 9 euro drying were wet and dirty!!!!
When you walk in, there are two rooms for self-service- on the left and on the right. Both have waching machines and dryers. But the dryers on the left side DO NOT COMPLETELY DRY THE CLOTHES. They are still damp after coming out. So avoid the dryers on the left and choose the ones on the right side to get completely dry clothes.
Better than dirty clothes. Price is regular, but too high for given results. You are forbidden to use own detergent, but the auto dosed detergent - if there even really was any - doesn't fully remove the smell of sweat. Tumble dryers are very ineffective, the clothes came out wet even though I was very careful to keep load below marked lines. I thought maybe the temperature was too low and repeated the cycle on max, but the clothes were still very damp. And they smelled like a damp, poorly ventilated room. Terrible.
Very bad service. They gave my bed linen to another customer. Then they promised to compensate for the damage, but then refused and said I should go to court.
Washed my clothes on 40 degree Celsius for 35 minutes. They don't have a longer wash program with 40 degrees. Dried it 3 times on hottest program. Clothes are still wet and dirty.. This company is a rip-off!
