Got an error on my ventilation device. Asked them to come check what's wrong. Took a week to arrange a visit, couldn't agree on a specific time for a visit. Called an hour ahead before the actual visit. Did a 10 minute inspection, said rotor needs replacement and promised to send an offer. Billed €198 for 10 minutes of work and never actually followed up, 2 months later, still havent received any offer from them. Zero value, complete ripoff.

The ventilation automation stopped working in the middle of the night in the restaurant kitchen. I called the heating group's 24-hour line and they fixed the detected automation errors very quickly. They came out at 10:00 PM to fix the error. I am very satisfied with the service!
