I took my lawnmower in for maintenance. They promised to do the maintenance in three days. When the third week started, I took the mower away without maintenance and took it somewhere else. Bad experience, do not recommend.

Hello! Based on today's experience, one star is too many! When the customer service representative, after my grumbling, told me to come behind the counter, if I know better. The problem was where and why it takes so long to order/wait for a lawn tractor part during the busy mowing season.
