Very disappointing experience. The communication was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the very beginning. Instead of calmly explaining the situation and possible options, the notary kept interrupting, showed clear irritation, and created an unnecessarily hostile atmosphere. At one point, I was told: “I don’t care,” which is completely unacceptable in a professional service environment. A notary should provide clear guidance and respectful communication, especially when dealing with important legal documents. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

The service overall is good — smooth, efficient, and fast, which I really appreciate. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. Her attitude felt unwelcoming, and the interaction did not come across as very professional or courteous. Additionally, I would like to highlight a specific incident. I initially tried calling for an enquiry, but my call was not answered. As a result, I sent an email. Shortly after sending the email, I received a callback. During the conversation, when I mentioned that I had sent an email, I was told, “You just called a minute ago,” which felt dismissive. What seems to have been overlooked is that the call was not picked up, which is why I followed up via email. I hope this feedback is helpful, and that improvements can be made on the customer interaction side, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Notary office will not answer to emails in english even if foreign citizens are involved, and will require documents that are not required and are not issued by other countries.

I requested scans of an apostilled document by e-mail for use in another country, they arrived quickly. Polite communication in English. I totally recommend.

I have used notar 'Ants Ainson' now several times for immovable object transactions, and had no problems with everything going smoothly, so far. His services are professional and efficient and services all languages: Eng/Rus/Est. The staff have good professional knowledge, but sometimes difficult to find English speaker for booking. Thanks
