I really appreciate today's purchase and sale agreement, its concreteness, the honesty of the buyer and seller, the openness, the further actions and the flexibility of the transfer. And thanks to notary Anu Raid for all this. Thank you, for the concreteness and emotion, I haven't experienced this in a long time. Thank you.

It was very pleasant. The main issues were discussed. It was also pleasant that the communication was not too formal. Even an ordinary person could understand what was being said. Legal terms were explained.

I live near Pärnu. The office was a lifeline in my case: they found free time, provided substantive written explanations, the process was stress-free and fast. I communicated with the office in writing. I went on site.

Anu Raid is an unprofessional and pro-real estate notary. She twists the buyer's words, quickly loses her temper, raises her voice and imposes her own skewed opinions. She does not let the buyer express her opinion, and says that the seller can write whatever she wants in the contract because it is just her opinion. She has an offensive attitude and uses words that incite conflict. Unfortunately, the buyer will not find equal treatment with the seller from her. If you are a buyer, I recommend contacting another notary.
