Easy to find things you need. I was impresed by the cassier,i guess her name was Riina?. She was kind,smily and ready to help. Bravo🙂
k-rauta and its worse 1A e-shop the worst shop ever. Especially the ignorant customer service is the most annoying example, even not only in Estonia... i never had such negative experience in Europe! There are few friendly staff, they try their best. But our opinion is, that these people are very bad paid and also suffer from the ignorant management. Stay away from these K-rauta shops, compare the prices and the service with other better shops.
the website says that the goods are available in the store the same as you ask at the checkout. but when you have placed the order and paid. They apologized and sayd that unfortunately the goods run out on store. very disappointed
Good parking, nice shops. Can find all needed things. Price range €-€€, not very expensive.
