Avoid this predatory insurance company. It is now refusing to insure me for a short trip of a few days because - and I have the email to confirm this - I had a previous claim! Previously, its travel insurance paid €60 for 2 days' delayed baggage, but I incurred delivery costs that were not refunded. This alone is substandard service. What is insurance for if not to cover unforeseen events? And then to refuse issuing another policy? Absurd. Salva seems to be trying to emulate the worst aspects of American insurance companies - profit before customer service and reputation.
Red flag warning! Worst insurance experience with this company. They will try to set you up as a criminal using sneaky tactics if you need to make a claim. Keep away at any cost!!!
I tried to set up an insurance, but the company was unresponsive, so I cancelled the insurances (all this was done by a insurance broker so it was correctly done), but they still set one up and deducted payment. I mailed them and stopped the payment, then they were sending me a letter saying I could not cancel and had to pay within 1 month. Worst insurance that I never even had. I would never, ever, ever use them as they caused me nothing but trouble and I got nothing, and not even a "sorry".
Got the best offer from them for travel insurance with covid protection.
Negligent behaviour by company representative takes multiple call to even respond ...moreover in claims they act like the customer are trying to manipulate something being suspicious and asking silly questions despite everything being shown and evidence given to them.
