Miston and Rivest aren’t fulfilling the warranty work required by the contract. They always find excuses, delays, and other reasons to avoid it. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing apartments from them unless you’re comfortable fixing defects yourself. Their promise to “fix this thing later” when you receive the keys is also a trap. Another trap is ordering customisations of the apartment. We asked to move the washing machine, and guess what? They charged us for rewiring. However, some time later, we discovered that the washing machine’s electricity cable was going nowhere. So, if you take the keys, be prepared to fix things yourself, even critical electricity-related issues that prevent normal use, as help won’t come. Any warranty tickets raised through Miston’s support form on their website are usually closed without a response. In exceptional cases, you might get a call promising to fix something “next spring,” but imagine what happens next spring? Nothing.
Irresponsible company, if you make arrangements with an employee for reservation or additional documents, make sure they will not provide you with the documents or reserve the property for you. Your employee - Jane R...s, showed us the property on Monday, we were the first ones to view the apartment, and your employee said that no one else had viewed it and there were no other contenders. After viewing the apartment, we immediately confirmed that we were ready to buy the apartment but wanted to see the bills. Your employee said that the property had just been listed for sale and there were no documents yet, and promised to provide all the documents on Friday. However, on Friday, on Monday, no documents were provided, messages were read and ignored. On Wednesday, we called her and she claims that another buyer viewed and reserved the apartment, while last week she claimed that we were the first ones to view it. Currently, she is deceiving, I do not recommend!
