Quiet place, nice sheltered yard area and possibility for grilling and dining. Parking in the yard felt safe. The hinges need oil, and the door lock needs to be sensitized. The third bedroom is the living room and there is a passage from it - that is worth considering. Clean. What was promised. I can recommend.
