We hit an amazing stroke of luck by meeting Kent, he is a wonderful specialist in his work, responded quickly and was always on time. He also possesses perfect English and we were very appreciative of this as we don't speak Estonian. Our situation was difficult as both ourselves and the property owners were from outside Estonia and the documents required for the purchase were all in different languages, however Kent organised everything perfectly so that in the end all we needed to do was come at the arranged time to sign the papers.
