Horrible experience. Relocatng from Estonia to UK. After our belongings were collected, we were told delivery would not happen unless full payment was made in advance, despite no formally signed contract. The suggestion of additional storage fees if we did not comply felt like undue pressure. The situation was stressful and not handled in a customer-friendly way.
Great service! We've been relocating from Estonia to Poland, goods arrived in a week with no damages and loses. All the packing materials was provided for us in advance, so we had opportunity to pack all the stuff the way we want. Many thanks to all team of MoveMaster.
