Not recommended. Half of the data was lost after replacing the hard drive. Fortunately, I was able to find most of the things at another place for half the price, which were only promises at this place.

I picked up my mini computer this morning! The technician pointed out the problem was a software issue, and he successfully upgraded my computer to Windows 11! He said it wasn't easy, but he managed it. Crucially, the software on the motherboard needed to be modified to complete the upgrade. While repairing it, my three-legged mini computer got an extra prosthetic leg, which made me very happy. This time I learned that you don't need to do Windows updates when you're abroad. I hope the assessment will remain stable and usable. The €30 + €20 repair service (which backed up most of the files I could back up) is incredibly helpful and I'm so grateful to Nex for their assistance and service. If minor issues recur, the technician even shared effective tips with me 🥹 I'm so touched!!! My computer suddenly lost its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions after I turned on my mini-computer. It even crashed with a blue screen and a critical process error. As a tourist using a Chinese version of Windows 10, which was diagnosed as not being able to upgrade to Windows 11 a month prior to this incident, I'm so happy that the technician here could solve all my problems. It became Windows 11, and all other functions returned and worked perfectly (I even got valuable tips on how to effectively deal with repetitive nuisance in case it happens again without serious problems 🥹). It was formerly only 3 legs, but it got back to 4 legs after the repair 😱! Thanks so much for such repair and help in the city center, I like Pärnu a lot😀. If you were so unlucky to have such problem in Pärnu, service here is highly recommendable for you!
