Very friendly and efficient, even over the phone. Was going to drop my phone off at 5:15pm for repair and leave it, but he checked it out and discovered that the charging port just needed a good cleaning. Fifteen minutes, and one new charging cord later, I was on my way. I would highly recommend ServiceIT for any electronic repair needs.
The computer was fine when I turned it off one night and wouldn't turn on again the next day. Although it was unplugged, it had been left connected to the TV with cable overnight, and after a night of thunderstorms, I was afraid of the worst. But the very next morning, after taking it in for repair, I got a call that the computer was fine and could be picked up, and the bill was only a few dozen euros instead of a few hundred. The work was fast, neat, and affordable. Thank you!

I was looking for a laptop 3 months ago when I came across this company. Great experience. The staff were very helpful in choosing a computer and since there was no such computer in the store right away, they contacted me and soon a suitable laptop was available for me. Since I wanted to buy a computer on installments, the staff were also helpful in carrying out this procedure. Before I received the computer, the employees there helped me install everything I needed on the computer and informed me that if there was anything, they would be happy to help me in the future. Since I bought a used computer, it soon turned out that the battery was no longer in its prime. When I called the store and complained about my concerns, I had a new battery after 24 hours. And if someone had also made a face, saying, why did you lose it here if you can't buy it right away or did you get the computer and what do you want the battery for? No, it wasn't, although I have had previous experience with many places and it was a bit embarrassing to say that I want to pay for it on installments :) I recommend this place to everyone because the employees there treat you like a person and the goods are honest. At least we are happy with the purchase and thank the helpful staff :)
