Me: "Thanks for the answer! Can you recommend anyone else?" Them: "It's better not to recommend anyone, you can search on Google." Me: "But who could answer my questions about solar energy?" I also attached a screenshot from their homepage, which says: "You have a question about solar energy or you need more detailed information about panels. Our sales consultants will help you!", so their information is not true. Them: "You have a question about design, this is a paid service and depending on the volume it can reach several thousand - at this time we are giving up on this design. All the best." In other words, this institution does not even want to help or direct you to someone who could answer my questions, etc.
