One of the most unpleasant customer service experiences. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you have a newer car with a heads-up display, it's better to change it at a dealership. Carglass doesn't check that it's displayed correctly on your glass, and there's a lot more mess later. There's no such mess at dealerships. Otherwise, the service is good.
