friendly service until the sale, after the windows are somehow put forward then no one wants to hear from you. no answer to emails or phone. when you finally manage to get a representative who is the owner "production manager", because the production is actually in Poland, the result is still a big zero because the only excuse is that it does not change the purpose of the window because it has to withstand wind and rain. actually the installation ruined the plane of the stairs, the parallel slider still does not work because it hangs, glued slats are too long which pushed the finish cover on the profile open, packages scratched, the manager does not sign any paper because he is a fool as long as there are fools who order and fill his pockets. Do you understand that in fact your window fillings come from a Polish factory and no production takes place in Estonia - www.stollar.pl is the company where this company with a great name orders from, who has no say in the later problems of its customers.
