Обращался по поводу незначительного протекания стиральной машины. Работа в целом была сделана, стиральная машина исправна. Но осталось неприятное впечатление из-за оплаты. По телефону озвучили 50 евро, максимум +10–20 евро. По факту мастер за 40 минут подтянул одну деталь, ничего менять не пришлось, но взял 80 евро, объяснив это тем, что снимал много деталей (верхнюю и заднюю крышку). Считаю, что цена завышена и не соответствует предварительной договорённости. Неприятно, когда сначала называют одну сумму, а потом берут больше. А на сайте сказано: "Прозрачное ценообразование. Бесплатный выезд и диагностика. Фиксированные цены без скрытых доплат. Оплата только за выполненный ремонт."
