I contacted them about a minor leak in my washing machine. The work was generally completed, and the washing machine is working properly. However, I was left with a bad impression due to the payment. They quoted 50 euros over the phone, with a maximum of 10-20 euros extra. In fact, the technician fixed one part in 40 minutes, and nothing needed to be replaced, but charged 80 euros, explaining that he had to remove multiple parts (the top and back covers). I think the price is inflated and doesn't match the prior agreement. It's unpleasant when they quote one price and then charge more. The website states: "Transparent pricing. Free on-site service and diagnostics. Fixed prices with no hidden fees. Pay only for the repairs performed."
