We booked an appointment through the website, received confirmation that someone would come on Monday at 4–5 pm. Result: no one came, no one answered the phone. Extremely unprofessional attitude towards work.
The gentleman understood what the problem was with the washing machine after just a short phone call. He came quickly and fixed the problem. I recommend it, 5 plus.
We agreed in the evening to come the next day at 10, it's 12:30 and the person simply doesn't pick up the phone or respond to SMS... If you don't work on the weekend, write about it on the website or answer by phone that you don't work on the weekend... don't make empty promises!!! My lost time, and there's negative feedback.
