I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent work! Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and, most importantly, on time. I would like to thank him for his professional and thorough work. He is a nice young man with whom communication was pleasant and smooth. He did not limit himself to just eliminating the blockage, but also delved into the real cause of the problem and calmly and clearly explained why it had arisen in the first place. What was especially valuable was that he thought along and gave advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future. The work was done properly and the agreements were adhered to. I will definitely recommend him and will contact him again if necessary!
I had an issue with my heating system (WOLF) and there were some leaking pipes. Aleksei came fast, assessed the issue and fixed it the day after. I appreciate that he is very honest, professional and not trying to scam you by "inventing" issues to charge you more. He was very friendly and i will definetely call him again when i have any plumbing related issue. Thanks a lot Aleksei!keep up the good work!
I contacted this plumbing company to repair the toilet and install a washing machine. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied. The plumber arrived late and did the work in a hurry. After the repair, the toilet started leaking and the washing machine was installed sloppily. The company was difficult to contact later and they responded very reluctantly. In the end, I had to call another specialist to redo everything. I do not recommend it.
