What a circus! They sent the money to an inactive account, meaning I didn't see it in my account. After I contacted support, they told me they refunded the money and billed me for the fast payout service, even though they hadn't actually provided the service. This circus happened twice, and the first time, they cancelled the bill for the service. They have a disgusting woman working at Clientiteenindus who is incredibly rude. I think their low rating is completely justified.
Every time you withdraw money from your credit account, you pay a contract fee of 187.5 euros. Let's say you withdraw 50 euros, and another 187.5 euros is added. This applies every time you use the account. In addition, the contract fee is also subject to interest. Naturally, the contract doesn't mention this.
They send you ads on several channels every week, but if that one time you really need that 200 € - then they can't give it to you, even though you have a good credit score and you're clean. And then if you want to opt out of their future ads - you can't! - like putty on you. Horrible. Sci-fi as hell.
There's no speed or accuracy. The website's advertising and final results are completely misleading. They advertise one thing, but deliver something completely different. They respond to applications after three hours. No other company offers such slow, fast loans. Unprofessional.
