I haven't been here often, but!!! I'll definitely be stopping by more often now. Here's why. The salesperson in the power tool department, a man, explained multitools to us so thoroughly and engagingly that we didn't just buy one—we consciously chose the one that would work best for us. And that's really cool. It's not often you meet a salesperson these days who is not only friendly but also knows what they're selling. Thank you.
I'm constantly reminded and touched by the kindness and superb customer service I received here. Staff were friendly and provided immediate help. Appreciation goes to the cashier who was so incredibly kind despite language barrier as she patiently explained discounted product and applied the discount on the bubble wrap. Although the store has many products that other similar stores don't have, be very observant with the prices - the prices displayed in the store are not the actual prices of the items. The numbers displayed are the prices for those who have a customer loyalty program card, not the regular price. So it may come as a surprise at the register that the items cost more than the price displayed on the shelves.
