I ordered a custom-sized door from Läveli Tallinn door salon and everything went perfectly. The service was friendly and professional, the quality of the door is great. I definitely recommend it!
The service and after-sales support of the company Lävel are terrible. They came to the site before installation to measure the door openings – yet during installation, it turned out that one door couldn’t be opened because another door blocks it. Lävel only gave vague explanations over the phone, didn’t respond to written emails, took no responsibility, and suggested I order a new full-price door (that would open inward). Who in this field can foresee such a stupid mistake? Another surprise, 4 months of use and the door handles are already making noise and creaking when pressed. Eng: Lävel’s service and after-sales support are terrible. How can a company operating in this field fail to anticipate such an obvious design flaw? To make matters worse, after just 4 months of use, the door handles already make noise and creak when pressed down.
Terrible customer service in my opinion. Calling them several times to get a price quote does not help. Walking in to their store and them promising the quote via email the next day, its been 2 days and still no price quote. Calling them does not help at all as well as they say "we will email you". They seem like uninterested in selling their products and services to you. You have to have quite a lot of patience to deal with them.
Very poor customer service. You have to write and call multiple times to get any feedback about your order. The service provider is not interested in finding out the customer's needs and is not proactive at all, which is why the wrong order was made, which had to be supplemented and paid for later. The service provider repeats like a mantra that the customer must know for themselves, but how can the customer know if the service provider does not explain the options and nuances that have been revealed on site (after measuring). I ordered a full service from measuring to installation and hoped that I would not have to worry about it, but unfortunately I was wrong. I do not recommend the company because of unprofessional service. The quality is good, but the nerve cells do not recover!
