TOREX Metal Doors

I'm leaving an extremely negative review of the company due to the unprofessional and downright rude service provided by Larisa. We received a quote for interior doors for a two-bedroom apartment. The package was approved, we confirmed the order, and based on the information provided, we prepared openings for the specific doors. However, during the invoicing process, it turned out that there was an error in the quote, and the final price suddenly increased by approximately 500 euros. Naturally, we declined the order under these conditions, as the error was not ours. When asked what to do with the openings already prepared for these doors, Larisa responded with a "look online" response, completely disclaiming any responsibility for the consequences of her error. The situation with the door frames is especially noteworthy. They were made to the wrong dimensions (shorter than required). Larisa then ordered new ones but refused to arrange delivery, despite the fact that the door itself had originally been ordered with delivery. Instead, we were asked to drive across town at a strictly designated time to pick up the repaired item. The overall communication was extremely poor: instead of acknowledging the error and attempting to resolve the situation, we were accused of allegedly trying to deceive her. We consider this level of service unacceptable. The company refuses to take responsibility for its own mistakes and shifts the consequences onto the customer, accompanied by rude behavior. We do not recommend this.

A good selection of entry and interior doors. I was very pleased with the service at the showroom. The consultant was attentive and knowledgeable—he explained the materials and hardware in detail and gave helpful advice. It's clear he understands the products and doesn't try to push unnecessary things. Thanks to him, I was able to quickly make a choice. I highly recommend him!

Good friends recommended this company to us. We ordered four interior doors at once. We have no complaints about the doors. Unfortunately, their customer service leaves much to be desired. An installer came and installed the doors, but a few days later we noticed dents near the hinges of all the doors, and paint had peeled off along the edges of two doors. We wrote to the company, and they were polite, but they blamed my cat for damaging the doors and said they wouldn't admit it, offering to buy the doors from them again at cost price and have them reinstall them...the doors are expensive and were installed a week ago. My last email asking for replacement doors went unanswered. I'm extremely disappointed; the newly renovated doors are ruined. The company takes no responsibility and doesn't respond to emails. To substantiate my allegations, I'm attaching a photo.

We had an old wooden door that would let in all the noise and smells of the hallway, so we went to Torex to look at a new metal door. It took us awhile to make a decision, but the representatives were always so patient, took their time explaining all of our options thoroughly and helped us pick out the best quality for our budget. The door we picked has a magnetic seal, and it's excellent for keeping out dust, smells and much noise from the neighbours in the hallway. The workers did a fantastic job installing the door (especially in such an old building like ours) and were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.
