I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Irresponsibility and unprofessionalism at every level of service. The installers installed the sliding door incorrectly, saying, "Well, it's normal that it's at an angle because you have a baseboard." The instructions were perfectly clear on how to install it, but we only discovered this later. Apparently, they didn't read them. Their supervisor arrived and said, "The door is installed correctly." He looked at the instructions but didn't understand them. Neither the consultant nor the surveyor knew or took into account that installing the chosen sliding door required drilling into the floor. The floor has a heating system. They're also colorblind. We asked for a color match to the front door. The color palette wasn't delivered, despite our request. The surveyor said, "It's definitely anthracite." We took their word for it and ordered it. The door turned out to be the wrong shade. They refused to replace it, saying, "Well, you ordered anthracite yourself, it's not our fault."
Good staff. Excellent showroom for doors, both internal and external.
