I bought single-strip rustic parquet from this store in February 2023 Because the construction was delayed, the parquet could only be installed 10 months later. At that time, the heating in the house was on all the time and the humidity was between 45-55%. 2 months after installation, the first defects began to appear (cracks appeared on the surface and the corners of the top coating were loose (picture 1) Also, the entire floor creaks and creaks when walking in different rooms. Although the floors are poured flat and there is a 2.6mm thick underlay between the concrete and the parquet Matthias Vist was immediately informed of the problems, who responded with a couple of days' delay until finally, after two letters, he did not respond at all and the problem remained unresolved. Even after reminding me that the matter was unresolved. Finally, I did not receive an answer for 11 months!! In my last trouble, I wrote to the owner of RM Studio, Aneli Hirv. Anneli Hirv decided to keep quiet and forwarded the letter to my future "pen pal" Rain Ader (who is now also one of the owners of this institution). Rain seemed helpful at first BUT the more time went on, the more difficult the whole communication became. The first answer from Rain Ader was 1.04.2025 and after that the person disappeared for 1.5 months until I reminded myself again. Then they apologized back and forth but unfortunately nothing changed! 9.06.25 after a long time of nagging I received a reply from Rain about the correspondence with the factory, where all their correspondence with the factory was full of lies and assumptions. Rain had also not been on site to send any information to the factory. After this nonsense there was a long back and forth of letters, where their claims were refuted! My last correspondence was then 1.07.25 and 04.09.25 I had not yet received a reply from Rain to my letter. In the 2nd month Rain was unable to answer me and I wrote to the owner Anneli Hirve again to show what is happening with the staff in this store. There was no reply from there again, but I received a snarky letter from Rain after that where he advised me to write only to the store's emails. WHY? Rain himself has not replied there for several months!!!! The same letter immediately said, that the fault was caused by the customer and neither they nor the factory did anything wrong. This is claimed by a person who has been sneaking away from answers for months and has never actually been on site to see what the situation is! On 31.10.25, RAIN Ader finally arrived on site to see what the situation is and whether anything can be improved or a solution can be found. The person measured the moisture content, which was 44% and within the norm, but the quality of the parquet continued to deteriorate. On 4.12.25 I had not yet received a response and called Rain Ader to remind myself AGAIN. They apologized again and promised to send the "expertise" and the factory's response quickly. On 10.12.25, an "expertise" was sent that is full of lies and assumptions and as a result they are not responsible for their goods. 2 packages of parquet were offered, which do not cover the extent of the damage to date. Since the factory correspondence was not forwarded to me because Rain claimed that it was confidential information. "Expertise" Reading it, I understood clearly where Rain had simply provided false information to the factory and the person also lied to my face while on site. Communicating with people who have bought the same parquet from RMStuudio and with whom Rain has similarly delayed but with answers, then this is a pattern in the behavior of this store.

The material was said to be better than it actually was. Later it was said that the floor was too warm.

The impression of the first visit is that it was a pleasantly cozy studio and the service was friendly and informative. Hopefully, the order will be fulfilled at a professional level. The order was fulfilled, there is no reason to complain about it. 50% advance payment and 50% upon arrival of the goods at the warehouse. However, we were surprised that the company offering carpets does not offer an installation service and were not satisfied with the transport either. Although transport to the front door was promised and paid for, the driver did not seem interested and we had to wait 5 hours for the goods, because it was not possible to say exactly when. It would be reasonable to offer a full service without the customer having to ask for each item separately. The initial positive assessment of the service eventually dropped by almost half.
