GYM! Vanalinn

I used this gym during my Christmas stay and I can’t say anything bad about it. I would recommend doing a deep cleaning from time to time, but I’m not a princess, so everything was fine with me. Even when there are more people, the gym is spread over two floors and is quite large and well equipped, so you don’t really feel crowded.

Do they realise HOW HOT it is here. I get its summer and you need to use AC more than usual but oh my god..wear bikini. I came in and i was already sweating. Its hotter inside than it is outside + no air. Use fan at least, if making air colder makes your expenses so high.

Mens bathroom is awful. There is mold growing all over and DRAIN FLIES flying around (its been not for a week or two, its been around for almost a year now). Not talking about toilets. Over the mens changing room there is used snus leftovers thrown around.

Nice gym, good equipment, clean. But only one rap playlist plays all the time. Headphones are a must unless you're a rap/hip-hop person. Also no monthly contract option, only a year. Not suitable for those who want to train occasionally.

A really good gym at very affordable price in the city centre right outside old town. It's a self service gym with all equipments to do all exercises. They also have seperate sections of Lockers and showers for men and women. Trainer service also available at an additional cost. With one membership you can access any GYM branch in tallinn.
