I am satisfied with the appliance, but not with the installation and the attitude of the company. The outer hoses were not covered, which is why their insulation was destroyed after two years. Now, four years later, during plumbing work, it turned out that the condensate drain was simply hidden behind the strip, the old pipe was covered with tape and the water had flowed along the strip behind the bathtub. Fortunately, I only use the appliance for heating, not cooling, so there was no significant water damage. The company does not admit any fault. You have to fix all the faults yourself.

Exceptional service and technical expertise – recommended! We intentionally waited a while before writing this review to ensure the system stood the test of time, even though we were satisfied right from the start. I am happy to report that the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Even now, with deep frost and temperatures dropping below -20°C, our air-water heat pump is operational and keeps our home warm. The communication during the project was flawless. The team correctly estimated our needs and budget, helping us navigate our options honestly—they even advised us to drop unnecessary add-ons while suggesting features that actually added value. Despite it being a busy season, they cut down the waiting time to accommodate our schedule. Our system is complicated, involving a mix of new and old parts and different technologies. However, everything we agreed upon (and more) was addressed and completed successfully. They even provided great support after the installation. Special kudos to Juri and Kristjan for their outstanding work!

I am very satisfied with the services of Kodukliima. We have a heat pump that needs maintenance, as such devices always do. It has also needed repair once. Jüri Kotter responds to emails quickly and the workers arrive like clockwork. The attitude is friendly, practical and empathetic. I recommend this company to everyone.

I had a great experience with Kodukliima. I researched 6-8 different companies and had detailed discussions with several. Kodukliima offered the best value and was also the only company that included electrical work in the price. This was a big value-add as it meant one price for everything and not having to organize a separate electrician on my own. On the day of installation, two men came to our home and worked very hard for over 8 hours straight. They were extremely friendly and helped think along with us during the installation process. There were many small decisions that needed to be made, and they were very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Kodukliima.

Beware guys! First at all, quite expensive service. I thought for such a lot of money they'll be best in cleaning of my AC at home. Instead of that, they broke it. After couple of days bombarding support contacts they have promised to send a technician again, but no one called/came at agreed time. Even after a week. Very disappointed and do not recommend them if you do not have a time to stay at their back all the time watching what they are doing.
