Extremely positive experience with this company. I needed a single pipe for a relatively expensive faucet and I simply sent them a request to see if it was available. At the end of the letter I mentioned that the pipe had broken after 2.5 years of use. I received a quick and surprising response from them - The desired pipe is available on site and it is free of charge. They did not ask any additional questions but resolved the problem quickly and very positively. Special thanks to Lennart Laumets🙏 POWERFUL!
