I called a professional to install my front door. It turned out it was poorly installed—the level was off, causing a lot of drafts. They charged me twice as much as I would have paid to have it installed directly from an official door company. I wrote a letter asking for a half refund—it was all gone. Experience + Money -

The shower cabin was installed incorrectly, so water constantly leaked through the floor of the cabin. I called these so-called specialists back to have the sloppy work repaired (they only showed up a week later, after much request), after which they put silicone under the cabin. When asked what was wrong, I got the answer “I don’t know” and when asked if the problem has now been fixed, I only got “we hope” and an indifferent shrug. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - the work is sloppy (but they charge a lot for it), they lack communication skills, and if you want proper service, I would recommend going elsewhere.
We needed some cosmetic renovations in our apartment. Questions immediately arose: what paint should we choose? How could we paint it neatly? After all, the apartment is occupied, and furniture would be in the way, etc. We contacted House Master. Two young men, neat and polite, arrived, inspected the apartment, and expertly determined the scope of work and materials needed. They also explained details we wouldn't have even considered. They completed the work meticulously, finished ahead of schedule, and even helped us arrange the furniture. At our request, they repaired the lock on the front gate. We were pleased; it's nice to have such a reliable service with experienced and competent craftsmen!
The people were very pleasant and polite, and also very calm. Everything was done well, and I'm happy with the result. Besides the work itself, what was important to me was that both times the people were friendly and without any aggression, which is often the case with professionals. Thank you.
