I just went to get a car key as the only one I had is not working. The guy first told me a price for a new one, but turned out he could replace the one I took with me, so he charged me half of what I initially expected. He did the job in 20 minutes or maybe less, and key works perfectly! Thank you!
At first, he quoted 100 Euros to change the lock to a smart lock. However, when he arrived, he complained for about 30 minutes that it was a lot of work and suggested a price increase to 140 Euros, which I reluctantly accepted. As he was about to finish the job, he informed me that he would need to return another day to complete the work on the frame, which would cost an additional 30 Euros. I expressed my dissatisfaction, saying that I shouldn't have to pay extra since he already had video call and got all the information about the locks with photos as well. He then requested my to pay 140 Euros in cash and promised to return to finish the remaining work for an additional 30 Euros so in total 170 Euro! . I asked for invoice of 140 and paid the invoice as I could not trust him with cash. Unfortunately, he never returned, and he only answered my calls when he thought there were two more doors to fix. Hence the lock after paying 140 Euros is not installed properly yet.
First they ignored 2 of my emails sent from their website form asking them if they could come replace a lock any day basically. After a while thought maybe form just doesn't work and called them. Hung up on me for no obvious reason after 30 seconds (just asked the same question, no conflicts or anything O_O). This is so weird. Although after reading all these reviews I think this is for the best probably.

Got locked out of me apartment on a Sunday morning, called the Lukuabi Grupp for help and only 30 minutes later the locksmith was at the place. And less than 10 minutes later he managed to unblock and open the door saving me from freezing outside and having to change the whole lock! Long story short, available, fast response and efficient!
